Adam has approximately 10 years of Land and Land Administration experience, having served in various in-house roles with Permian Basin operators, such as XTO Energy, Parsley Energy and Flat Creek Resources. His land experience is built from the ground up. To start his career, Adam worked in Land Administration for XTO, and after 2 years transitioned into Land as Associate Landman. As a Senior Landman for Parsley, Adam managed a multi-rig development program over its legacy Delaware Basin assets and also co-led the integration of the company’s $2.3Bn acquisition of Jagged Peak Energy in 2019. Immediately prior to joining Black Swan, Adam was Senior Landman for Flat Creek Resources, an EnCap Investments company, that had operating assets in Texas and New Mexico of the Delaware Basin. Adam earned his BBA in Energy Management with a minor in finance from the University of Oklahoma.
